Is Automation Of Industry Good?

Companies are the most important to make more money and are always looking for ways to minimize costs to make a profit on the products they make. This is where factory automation comes in. A factory that relies heavily on automation minimizes its expenses, as they do not have to pay labor costs, to produce products and thus increase profits in every way.

For every new innovation implemented there is always a debate about the pros and cons of it. So let's look here at the pros and cons of industry innovation here.

Automation is based on machines programmed to perform tasks that were previously performed by humans. One of the problems is that these machines cost millions of dollars, which means a very high upfront investment for the company before it starts. Now the investment that is made is destined to be recovered. Now the investor plans to recover it quickly in profit mode, but it is necessary to recover investments, either in fast or slow mode.

Now it depends on how production is performed or started and how they work is completed at the right time to deliver it to the market and make good profits to recover the investment. Therefore, it is very important to choose the form of production to turn the organization into profits. In theory, investors can recoup the investment in a few years by not having to pay an employee to do the job, who was replaced by the machine.

But what if the work becomes unnecessary? This means they spent a lot of money that wasn't necessary. This money can be invested in the other part of the business to develop the organization, such as hiring skilled workers in other departments where machines cannot replace humans.

The other debate maybe, since these machines are machines that can replace a man but can never replace man's brain. It is the human being who can react to any debacle that occurs at any time in production, but while the machines do not have enough knowledge to react to any debacle until the program for the machine is not structured to do so.

Most of us think machines are perfect for replacing humans, but that's not the case. Machines have to be upgraded every time a debacle occurs so that the machine is ready for the next time and that the loss does not occur next time. While the human is always ready for anything and to fix the problem at any time required.

The other significant factors affected by industry automation are human beings due to job loss. He removes jobs from people who need them urgently. It damages the economy because the more people are out of work, the worse the economy. This can change the face of the region.

Therefore, there are many advantages and disadvantages of automation, but this has to be used in a limited way for the benefit of humanity, but not to harm human life. Use it for the best cause to serve humans in the best way.
